Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data subjects have the right:

To request information regarding the processing of their personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether their personal data is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,
To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of the action taken to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

To request compensation for damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
