Modern Dance

All adults can undergo modern dance training. Modern Dance classes take place once a week in sessions lasting one hour. The class can be organized in small groups or as private lessons.

Helping delve further into our bodies, basic Modern Dance techniques are used to acquire a strong physical flexibility and smoothness. The content of the class includes stretching, use of space, and choreography. The goal here is to create somatic awareness and acquire a natural form that enables the body to dance.
